The Pub

A proper village pub at the heart of Groby

The Stamford Arms is a beautiful, historic village pub sitting proudly at the heart of Groby.

Warm, welcoming and full of character

It’s the sort of pub we believe every village deserves — somewhere for a lovingly kept pint, a bite to eat, a catch-up with friends or simply an hour spent putting the world to rights.

Behind the bar you’ll find a carefully curated selection of drinks, with locally brewed Everards ales sitting proudly alongside premium lagers, wines, spirits and beautifully made alcohol-free choices.

The Garden

Made for sunny days in the village

Tucked away behind The Stamford Arms is our spacious garden terrace and children’s pirate ship play area — a relaxed spot for drinks, food and long afternoons in the sunshine.

With plenty of seating and space for the whole family, it’s somewhere to settle in with a cold pint, share a pizza while the little ones explore, or simply enjoy a little more time outdoors.

The Kitchen

Proper pub food, all week

From snacks and small plates to comforting pub classics, our much-loved Hothob baguettes and Neapolitan-inspired pizzas. Sundays are reserved for a proper roast, with complimentary Sunday papers available in the bar.
